Floral Baskets Laid at Statue of Kim Jong Il in Samjiyon County

Floral baskets were laid before the statue of leader Kim Jong Il in Samjiyon County of Ryanggang Province on Monday on the occasion of his birth anniversary.
Present at the floral basket-laying ceremony were Vice Marshal of the Korean People's Army Hwang Pyong So, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, vice-chairman of the State Affaires Commission of the DPRK and director of the KPA General Political Bureau, and O Su Yong, vice-chairman of the C.C., WPK, Choe Pu Il, minister of People's Security, and Ro Tu Chol, vice-premier of the Cabinet and chairman of the State Planning Commission, who are members of the Political Bureau of the C.C., WPK, and officials of party and armed forces organs, working people's organizations, ministries and national institutions, men and officers of the Korean People's Army, service personnel of the KPA, commanding officers and members of the 216 Division and officials and inhabitants in Ryanggang Province and Samjiyon County.
A floral basket in the name of Kim Jong Un, chairman of the WPK, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and supreme commander of the KPA, was laid before the statue of Kim Jong Il.
A floral basket in the joint name of the C.C., WPK, the Central Military Commission of the WPK and the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and a floral basket in the joint name of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly and the Cabinet of the DPRK were laid there.
Floral baskets in the name of KPA units, 216 Division, party and power bodies and industrial establishments in Ryanggang Province and Samjiyon County, etc. were laid before the statue. The participants paid high tribute to the statue of Kim Jong Il.
