Pyongyang, September 24 (KCNA) -- There was a rally of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly, Cabinet, ministries and national institutions at the People's Palace of Culture Saturday to vow to achieve the final victory through all-out charge in showdown with the U.S.

Present there were Kim Yong Nam, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the WPK and president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, Premier Pak Pong Ju, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the WPK and vice-chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK, and other senior state officials, and officials of the SPA Presidium, Cabinet, ministries and national institutions.

Pak Pong Ju read out the statement of Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK Kim Jong Un.

Speeches were made at the rally.

Sin Yong Chol, director of the Political Bureau of the Cabinet, said that the statement of respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un was the resolute ultimatum sent by a tiger of Mt. Paektu to wipe out the U.S., the land of crimes, from the earth, and a volcano-like eruption of the faith and will of the entire army and all the people to certainly give vent to the pent-up wrath through the all-out charge against the wolf-like U.S. imperialists, kingpin of aggression and war.

If the U.S. imperialists bring the dark clouds of a war to this land, we will most miserably and most mercilessly punish the aggressors and provokers through all-people resistance, he noted.

He called on all the officials to cherish the immutable faith that the final victory will be guaranteed in the road of following respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, and courageously turn out in the do-or-die battle against the U.S.

Kim Man Su, minister of Electric Power Industry, said that now that the gangster-like U.S. imperialists made the most ferocious declaration of a war against the DPRK, it is the fixed will of the Korean people to make them pay a thousand-fold price for the senseless remarks.

He pledged to supply electricity needed for bolstering the state nuclear force, building an economic power and improving the standard of people's living in the spirit of setting on fire the citadel of the U.S. imperialists, evil empire and kingpin of aggression.

Kim Myong Chol, department director of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly, said that we will beat mad Trump with nuclear fists of justice so that the U.S. warmongers would not let out rubbish again and not run amuck before the DPRK, and all the service personnel and people will become bullets and bombs to bring to an end the century-old confrontation with the U.S. with our exciting victory.

He said that we would channel all efforts into increasing the national power in every way, give further play to the political and ideological advantages and might of Korean-style socialism and successfully carry out the party's plan of building a powerful socialist country.

He stressed the need to further consolidate the state and social system, strengthen organization and guidance over the institution of laws and law-abiding life and thus firmly guarantee by law the all-people general charge for implementing the decision of the 7th Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Jang Chol, president of the State Academy of Sciences, said that it is the wildest dream and the biggest miscalculation to think that the DPRK which has been put on the strongest position in the world defying the harshest sanctions in the world would be browbeaten by the senseless acts made by the deranged persons fond of playing with fire.

He noted that we will smash the U.S. imperialists' barbarous sanctions and fully displaying the might of self-reliance of Juche Korea by making in a consecutive way scientific and technological achievements substantially conducive to the building of an economic power and a highly civilized country and improving the standard of people's living true to the Party's idea of prioritizing science and technology.

He made a pledge to devotedly safeguard the Party Central Committee and glorify our country as the best scientific and technological power in the world. -0-
