Kim Jong Un , chairman of the Workers’ Party of Korea, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and supreme commander of the Korean People’s Army, came back home on June 13 after successfully concluding the historic DPRK-U.S. summit meeting and talks held in the Republic of Singapore.
Kim Jong Un , the respected Supreme Leader of the party, army and state of the DPRK, who successfully concluded the historic DPRK-U.S. summit meeting amid the great attention and excitement of mankind toward the epochal talks unprecedented in history which shocked the whole world, Kim Jong Un , the respected Supreme Leader of the party, army and state of the DPRK, left his hotel on Tuesday night and set out on a return trip.
Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan and Minister of Education Ong Ye Kung of Singapore came to Changi International Airport to see Kim Jong Un off.
They congratulated him on his success at the historic DPRK-U.S. summit.
He thanked the government of the Republic of Singapore once again for its much effort and sincerity for the successful DPRK-U.S. summit.
He exchanged warm good-byes with the senior officials of the Singaporean government who came to see him off and got on the plane for his personal use.
The Chinese plane carrying him landed at Pyongyang International Airport at 7:00 a.m. Wednesday.
A ceremony for greeting the Supreme Leader took place at the airport overflowing with the ardent desire of all the people for his safe return from foreign tour.
He was warmly greeted by the leading officials of the party and government.
Reflecting the unanimous desire of all the people, the leading officials wholeheartedly extended the warmest congratulations to Kim Jong Un who ushered in a new phase of the DPRK-U.S. relations while steering the trend of the political situation on the Korean Peninsula through his energetic external activities.
He shook hands one by one with leading officials of the party and government and extended warm greetings to all his beloved people of the country.
