It was in October, Juche 87 (1998) that former Honorary President Jong Ju Yong of the south Korean "Hyundai Group", who was recorded in the history of the north-south relations for the "entrance of a huge cattle herd to the north through Panmunjom", had the great honor of being received by Chairman Kim Jong Il in Pyongyang and was bestowed with the privilege of touring Mt Kumgang by him.
