Reception Given by Iranian Embassy

The Iranian embassy to the DPRK hosted a reception at the Taedonggang Diplomatic Club on Monday to mark the 40th anniversary of the victory in the Islamic revolution of Iran.
Present there on invitation were Thae Hyong Chol, president of Kim Il Sung University and concurrently minister of Higher Education who is chairman of the DPRK-Iran Friendship Parliamentary Group; Han Man Hyok, vice department director of the Workers' Party of Korea Central Committee; KPA Army Col. General Kim Hyong Ryong, vice-minister of the People's Armed Forces; Sin Hong Chol, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs; Chae Chun Hui, vice-chairwoman of the C.C., Socialist Women's Union of Korea; officials concerned and staff members of foreign embassies and missions of international bodies to the DPRK.
Attending it were Ambassador Seyed Mohsen Emadi and staff members of the Iranian embassy.
Speeches were made there.
